See If You Qualify for Corporate Car Facility

Company Vehicle Guidelines

  • Employees may be eligible for a company vehicle given they commute 500 km or more per year for work purposes, their daily work necessitates a vehicle, or are entitled to the use of a vehicle as a benefit.
  • If an employee has not been aligned to a company vehicle and qualifies for one, they may contact HR.
  • To be assigned a company vehicle, employees must fill in a form and submit it alongside a copy of their driver's license. Employees are allowed to drive a company vehicle if and only if they possess a valid driver's license and come with a clean driving record for at least 2 years.
  • A clean driving record implies that the employee has not been charged with a car accident case or arrested on charges of violating vehicle and traffic laws. HashCash can revoke access to company vehicles, post allotment, at its discretion.
  • Hashcash Consultants will take all possible measures to extend company vehicle use for employees with disabilities.

Personal Use

Hashcash Consultants does not allow ( or may selectively allow) personal use of company vehicles. Personal use implies utilizing the vehicle for personal needs in-between business activities, to commute between the workplace and home, or availing of the vehicle outside of business hours. [All work safety rules are applicable even when a company vehicle is used for non-official purposes.]

Accident Procedures

In case of an accident, employees must notify the HR department immediately. They will then contact the insurance provider. Employees must abide by the law while interacting with other drivers and duly report the incident to local police if required. Employees may not settle for payment or accept responsibility without the company's consent.

The company's responsibilities
